Who handles the data

What data is processed

Nothing you have to provide. The site has no forms, no fields and no sign-ups, it uses no cookies and no analytics, and the fonts are hosted here: your visit is not reported to any external service.

The only processing concerns the data any server records in order to work: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, browser and operating system.

Why

To deliver the pages to you and to protect the site from abuse and attacks. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in providing the service and keeping it secure, under article 6.1.f of the GDPR.

Who processes it on Vanessa’s behalf

Hosting is provided by Cloudflare, Inc., acting as data processor. Data may also be processed outside the European Union, on the basis of the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

For how long

Technical logs stay available for a few days, then they are deleted automatically. They are not used to profile anyone and they are not combined with other data.

Your rights

At any time you can ask to access your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict its processing or to object. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority.
